For close to two decades, the Little Angels Network Society has reached out a helping hand to hundreds of vulnerable children in Kenya. We intend to reach even more in the coming years. We do this not because we are a child-centred organisation but because we have a moral and spiritual obligation to do so.
There are millions of Orphans and Vulnerable Children in Kenya. We cannot turn a deaf ear or blind eye to their plight. We must reach out to them with a compassionate heart and helping hand every single day. A helping hand is not about handouts. For us, a helping hand entails ensuring that vulnerable children receive the loving care of families through foster care, adoption or kinship. Through family preservation and mediation, we also ensure that families are able to take care of vulnerable children.
No vulnerable child should ever have to face a troubled present or bleak future. At LANS, we are committed to pursuing this goal every single day.
