Susan Achieng’ Otuoma

Susan holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from Kenyatta University, Nairobi, and also undertaking an Executive Masters in Business, MBA, at the Management University of Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Kenyatta University.

Her passion for children has seen her work in different capacities in Child Welfare Organizations in Kenya notably, Child Welfare Society of Kenya, CHF International and Little Angels Network.

Susan joined Little Angels Network in the year 2003 as a Social Worker and as a result of her experience, commitment and diligence risen steadily to her current position. Her leadership has continued to enhance Little Angels’ market leadership in adoptions and child protection work in Kenya.

She has also served in various committees and chaired the sub-committee that developed the code of conduct for adoption agencies in Kenya, also involved in the development of guidelines for Foreign Resident Adopters and Guidelines for special circumstances for single applicants. She participated in the review of the Adoption Regulations.
